Countertenor John Holiday (Artist Diploma ’14, opera studies) will sing the role of Cesare and countertenor Eric Jurenas (MM ’15, voice) will sing the role of Fulvio in Opera Lafayette’s production of Vivaldi’s Catone in Utica on November 28 and 29 at the Kennedy Center’s Terrace Theater in Washington, D.C.
From November 6 to 22, tenor Martin Bakari (MM ’13, voice) sings Parpignol in Virgina Opera’s La bohème, which has performances in Norfolk, Richmond, and Fairfax. In October, with the same company, he covered the title role in Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld.
