Academic Opportunities Independent Study in the Liberal Arts
Open to third- and fourth-year
Dance, Drama, or Music bachelor’s candidates in strong academic
standing, this opportunity is governed by the Liberal Arts Department
and provides for a one-semester directed independent research project
under the supervision of department faculty. Prerequisites include a suitable
course proposal and permission of the department chair. Successful completion
leads to three liberal arts elective credits.
