Recently won audition to be on the Live on Stage roster beginning with the 2010-11 season; will perform almost 50 Live on Stage recitals annually throughout the U.S. Winner of the 2001 Artist International New York Recital/Young Artist Competition, the 1997 Patrons of Wisdom International Young Artist Competition (Toronto), Aronfreed Solo Recital Competition, National Music Teachers Association Collegiate Artist Competition, Montpelier Cultural Arts Society Recital Competition, and the South Orange Symphony, Rowan U., Rutgers U., and Virginia Commonwealth U. concerto competitions. Grant recipient for a custom marimba from the Philadelphia Music Foundation. Has performed as a soloist with orchestras and in recital throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, at such venues as Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Teatro Juárez (Mexico), the Glenn Gould Studio (Canada), and at the 2005 Percussive Arts Society International Convention (Columbus, Ohio). Currently recording his fifth album of major works for marimba. Holds endorsement contracts with Yamaha, Sabian, and Vic Firth. Master classes at many music schools including Juilliard and the Manhattan School of Music.
