Born in Orange, NJ
Classical music public relations specialist and creator of M.L. Falcone Public Relations in 1974; works with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra/Riccardo Muti, Los Angeles Philharmonic/Gustavo Dudamel, Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra/Jaap van Zweden, and Linz Opera/Dennis Russell Davies, along with the Lucerne Festival, Carnegie Hall, Spring for Music, Birgit Nilsson Foundation, and the Avery Fisher Artist Program. After graduating from the Curtis Institute where she studied voice, sang professionally for eight years with such organizations as the WNET Opera Theater and the St. Paul Opera Company; also soloed with orchestras, sang oratorio, and appeared in recitals. Former faculty member, the Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, Pa., where she taught voice, general music, and chaired the music department. Has lectured at Curtis and the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, Austria. Member of the Curtis board of overseers and a founding director of Spring for Music.
