The Juilliard National Council is a membership group specifically designed for arts lovers who live outside the tristate area, providing invitations to exclusive events and performances in various cities across the country and around the world, as well as the annual National Council Spring Weekend in New York City. The goal of the Juilliard Drama Council is to advocate for the Drama Division and increase its visibility. The Council achieves this by participating in special events and attending performances; actively cultivating future Drama supporters; and providing leadership in raising funds for productions, curriculum development, and special projects in the Division.

The Executive Committee provides strategic leadership for Juilliard's young patron group, the Juilliard Club. Executive Committee members act as ambassadors for the club and the School, assisting with member recruitment, corporate sponsorship opportunities and guiding the club's mission and goals.
