While the rest of the country was gearing up to go to the polls, The Juilliard School presented a full slate of performances. The third- and fourth-year drama classes mounted three full-scale productions, the Jazz Orchestra celebrated the music of Andrew Hill, vocal arts students participated in two master classes, the orchestra appeared in Carnegie Hall, and the community was treated to a number of celebratory recitals. But despite busy schedules, students found time to discuss some of the important issues affecting the election at a forum (pictured) hosted by President Polisi.
