international orientation

All new international students must attend both orientation and check-in with the Office of International Advisement (O.I.A.).  New international students who will be living on-campus for the 2016-2017 academic year will be allowed to move into the residence hall on Friday, August 26, 2016 from 9 a.m to 9 p.m.

All international students must check-in with OIA and bring their passport and immigration documents (I-20 or DS-2019 or I-797). You can check-in with us during the following two times:

Residential student check-in: Check-in will take place on the 11th floor of the Meredith Willson Residence Hall in the Rose Building from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Friday, August 26.

Commuter (non-residential) student check-in: Check-in will take place in Room 245 of the Juilliard building from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 27.

Failure to check-in with O.I.A. will result in a hold which will delay registration for classes.
