All new international students must attend both orientation and check-in with the Office of International Advisement (O.I.A.). New international students who will be living on campus for the 2016-2017 academic year will be allowed to move into the residence hall on Friday, August 26, 2016, from 9am to 9pm.
O.I.A. Mandatory Check-In Times
All international students must check-in with OIA and bring their passport and immigration documents (I-20 or DS-2019 or I-797). You can check-in with us during the following two times:
Residential student check-in: Check-in will take place on the 11th floor of the Meredith Willson Residence Hall in the Rose Building from 9am–9pm on Friday, August 26.
Commuter (non-residential) student check-in: Check-in will take place in Room 245 of the Juilliard building from 5pm – 7pm on Saturday, August 27.
Failure to check-in with O.I.A. will result in a hold which will delay registration for classes.
International Student Orientation
New international students are required to attend the orientation program on Saturday, August 27. During this time, important topics regarding immigration law and regulations will be discussed, as well as specific information geared towards international students. The general schedule for Saturday is as follows:
