The Educational Outreach Office sponsors seven Young People's Concerts a year, each one focusing on a different instrument group. On March 1, 160 students from P.S. 11 and George Jackson Academy were treated to an interactive concert by an ensemble of several Juilliard percussion students. The School also recently hosted five "jazz legends," and offered performances of The Greeks, The Mother of Us All, and the Juilliard Orchestra in Alice Tully Hall.
