I have been caught off guard by her beauty.
I lose the five years of anger in her eyes.
My will power to hurt her,
Always manages to get tangled in her hair.

How was I to know,
This love was not the one?
His calming touch was a lie?
The electric shock was a false alarm?
How was I to know,
I would be the last to know?

Someone else moved into it,
Where am I if I'm not in her?
