Staff members and students got into the spooky spirit on Halloween. Clockwise from left: Lauren Criddle spreads bubbly good cheer through the second floor; dancers Antonio Brown and Daniel Mayo have a ghoulishly good time at the Halloween dance; David Gee, an I.T. Department staff member, is decked out as a Ranger, ready for the next Lord of the Rings movie; Katya Sonina-Abel gets caught in the spider’s web on the S level; Amanita Pleasant-Heird in the Development Office thinks “there’s no place like home.” Also this fall, the Development Office launched a new membership group, jazz pianist Donald Brown gave a master class and participated in a concert of his music, the Juilliard Orchestra and Choral Union performed in Avery Fisher Hall, and Elliott Carter visited the composition department.
