Curtain Rises on New Season
A concert by the New Juilliard Ensemble, a production of Beaumarchais' play The Marriage of Figaro, and a Juilliard Orchestra concert led by James DePreist, the School's new director of conducting and orchestral studies, kick off the 2004-05 season. With Cheers and Sighs of Relief, 263 Students Receive Diplomas at Juilliard's 99th Commencement Ceremonies
Skies were cloudy, but spirits soared at The Juilliard School's graduation ceremonies on May 21.
