Friday, May 15, 2020 - Priority Deadline for Housing Applications

All first-time college students and any transfer students coming in with less than a full year of college coursework are required to live in the Meredith Willson Residence Hall and are required to complete a housing application, which will be made available after the enrollment deadline. Other transfer and new graduate students are welcome to apply for housing as well. Housing assignments are based upon space availability and on a first come, first-served basis. For transfer/graduate students, housing is not guaranteed; you will be notified if there is space after the first round of housing assignments is complete. The Housing Application will become available by May 1, 2020 through your application status page.

  • First-time college students/transfer students with less than one full year: Please submit the housing application form with the required non-refundable $150 housing reservation fee by May 15, 2020. New students can submit this fee through their application status page.
  • Other transfer students and graduate students: Please submit the housing application by May 15, 2020. Transfer/graduate students who have applied will incur a $150 housing reservation fee via the application status page after the priority deadline. This fee must be paid by June 1, 2020. In the event that Juilliard is unable to accommodate transfer/graduate students with housing, this fee will be returned to them.
