Isadora Wolfe is from Lowell, Massachusetts. She is the Resident Director for Punchdrunk's New York City production of Sleep No More, and has been a cast member since 2011. She was a founding member of johannes wieland in New York City and danced under Wieland's direction at Staatstheater Kassel (Germany) in 2007, 2014 and 2015. His Kurt Joos-prize winning duet shift was created on Ms. Wolfe, as well as several evening-length works. She has performed nationally and internationally with choreographers such as Gerald Casel, Martha Clarke (Garden of Earthly Delights and Angel Reapers original cast), Mark Dendy, Fiona Marcotty, Neta Pulvermacher, Tami Stronach and Muna Tseng, among others. In 2017, Ms. Wolfe was in the acclaimed production of The Hairy Ape at the Park Avenue Armory. Other theater credits include Peter Pan (Peter), Siddartha and Zorba, at Berkshire Theatre Group; and movement direction with Eric Hill (The Einstein Project and Macbeth) and Pulitzer-Prize winner David Auburn (Skin of Our Teeth). Ms. Wolfe has set pieces for Johannes Wieland and Maxine Doyle at schools and festivals, and taught workshops at festivals and universities in North America and Europe. She is thrilled to be joining the Juilliard faculty.
