Juna Bobby has dedicated her practice to promoting mental and physical wellness and reversing stress-related disease. She is passionate about guiding students to enjoy the demands of high performance. In addition to her work at Juilliard, she also teaches privately and at many schools including the New York University School of Medicine and Columbia Law School.
Bobby holds an MD from the New York University School of Medicine and studied Mind-Body Medicine at the Benson Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital Harvard Medical School. Additional areas of study include lifestyle medicine, mindfulness in education, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, cognitive behavior, compassion focused cognitive behavior, plant-based nutrition, positive psychology, resiliency, and Eriksonian medical hypnosis. She has also had 200 hours of yoga teacher training.
Bobby has been on the Juilliard faculty since 2016.
