Shaping the Future of the Performing Arts at Tianjin Juilliard

Juilliard’s school in China is envisioned as a model of the 21st-century conservatory. The school will bring together high-level music education with performances and community programs. The Tianjin Juilliard School will be the first performing arts institution in China to offer a U.S.-accredited Master of Music degree. There will be non-degree, open enrollment programs for adults, professionals, and children. This 350,000 square-foot building combines performance, practice, research spaces as well as interactive exhibitions into a unique, state-of-the-art facility.

The school is scheduled to open in the fall of 2019.
