Abby Castora

Abby Castora (she/her), born and raised in Plano, Texas, began her dance training at KJ Dance under the direction of Brian Stevens and Kristy Blakeslee. She has attended many summer programs including Springboard Danse Montreal, Jacob’s Pillow Contemporary Ballet Program, and Gaga Labs in Tel Aviv and New York. During her time at Juilliard, she performed works by Ohad Naharin, Jermaine Spivey and Spenser Theberge, Sonya Tayeh, Trisha Brown, and Norbert De La Cruz. She has enjoyed being a part of numerous student workshops and also performing in Juilliard’s Choreographic Honors. Abby would like to thank her family and everyone who has helped her get to this point and looks forward to seeing where her future takes her.
