Leighton Shiveley

Leighton Shiveley (she/her) is from Atherton, California and began her training at Menlo Park Academy of Dance under the direction of Sarah-Jane Measor and Michael Lowe. She attended summer programs with Nederlands Dans Theater, Jacob’s Pillow, Arts Umbrella, Orsolina28, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and was awarded Solo Seal from RAD. At The Juilliard School, she performed works of Ohad Naharin, Justin Peck, Spenser Theberge, Jermaine Spivey, Amy Hall Garner, Sonya Tayeh, amongst others. She also was accepted into the Barnard-Columbia-Juilliard exchange program and completed a marketing class at Columbia University. In addition, she worked at Dance Media publications as their Sales Intern in Fall 2022. Leighton is immensely grateful to her family and friends for their unwavering love and support.
