BEETHOVEN Piano Trio in C Minor, Op.1, No.3 in C Major (1795) 
One of a set of three piano trios, this was Beethoven’s first officially published work, and a hit with the buying public.

MENDELSSOHN Piano Trio No.1 in D Minor (1839)
Robert Schumann declared, “This is the master-trio of our time that, years hence, will still delight our grandchildren.” 

ZARĘBSKI Piano Quintet in G Minor, Op.34 (1885) 
Dedicated to his teacher Franz Liszt, this work was finished just before Zabręski’s untimely death at age 31.
